Almarossa

A wider style of hospitality

Almarossa is a mixed use accommodation structure located inside the historical center of Bologna.

In the same fascinating building, completely restored in 2017, it offers 25 serviced units: 19 apartments of different sizes (from 36 to 46 sqm) and 6 standards rooms splitted in 2 “blocks” (each composed by 3 rooms + a shared kitchenette.

Each apartment can host up to 4 guests: 2 in the bedroom, 2 in the top quality sofa bed located in the living room. Rooms are equipped with a double bed, some of which can be separated.

Inside all units, Almarossa offers to the guests 2 powerful WiFi networks, smart TVs, Alexa as supporting information device.  Common areas: an internal court/garden where to relax and a free laundry room equipped with washing machines and dryer. 

Reception is always on duty: Mon-Fri 9-19 and Sat 9-16 in person; all other hours from remote. Guest can then receive support anytime. Check-in can be made from 2pm, even during the night at no extra cost. The operation makes intense use of domotics for access control (16 TVCC in the common areas), and remote room management.

Our structure usually hosts guests in weelchair (although it is not certified as accesible) and pursues a strong orientation to sustainability (see presentation below).
